The anchor to our menu is the best pork barbecue and southern fried chicken in the Carolinas. Our chicken is fresh, not frozen, and we utilize only fresh pork shoulders in our Bar-B-Q. The Bar-B-Q is slow cooked every night at each location to ensure our customers the best taste and quality. We complement the Bar-B-Q and southern friend chicken with a variety of side dishes. These include cole slaw, potato salad, brunswick stew, baked beans, french fries, and hushpuppies. Our menu has been perfected with years of successful operation.
